Arrivals: A New Manifest Mystery is a spinoff series expanding the world of Manifest. The narrative centers on a mysterious plane that crash-lands in Denver, leaving its passengers with no memory of their identities, origins, or purpose. To prevent an impending catastrophe that threatens all of humanity, a young social worker and a novice Homeland Security agent team up with the passengers, discovering along the way that they are directly tied to the central puzzle.
Produced by Warner Bros. Television, the project reunites original series creator Jeff Rake with former co-executive producers Margaret Easley and Laura Putney, who serve together as co-creators, executive producers, and co-showrunners. The series entered development in late 2024, established a writers room in late 2025, and began searching for directors in August 2026 prior to its official announcement.
