Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand Released

Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand is a standalone wave-defense mode centered on holding positions against escalating forces across five battlegrounds using four playable factions. New players can jump directly into the experience without purchasing the base game, while existing owners can access the content without needing a separate installation. Matches begin with an initial preparation phase where players reinforce tactical positions using natural cover, garrisoned buildings, sandbags, and defensive outposts. Clearing waves allows players to draft additional units, offensive or support abilities, and passive technology upgrades. Outposts that survive enemy attacks yield perk points that can be spent on persistent faction perk trees to enhance offensive, defensive, and economic capabilities. Runs feature 18 dynamic battlefield events, such as incoming artillery barrages and backline infiltrators, alongside 36 distinct boss commanders with unique traits. Successfully surviving 12 waves completes the primary match, giving players the option to continue into an endless mode with continually increasing difficulty.
