Hell Let Loose: Vietnam shifts the tactical first-person shooter series into the Vietnam War, featuring asymmetric 50v50 combat built on Unreal Engine 5. Battles take place across six large-scale environments based on real-world terrain, featuring river networks, dense jungles, desert plains, and cliffside villages.
Factions feature unique mechanics to reflect historical warfare. US forces utilize pilotable Huey helicopters for troop transport, close air support, and supply drops, while North Vietnamese Army forces construct buildable tunnel networks that function as fast-travel connections between active deployment points. Both sides can deploy heavily armed patrol boats across the riverways. Players choose from 19 specialized roles across infantry, armor, recon, mortar, and aviation units, relying on squad command, positional audio, and realistic ballistics. Enhanced movement features allow soldiers to swim, climb, fast-crawl, and drag downed teammates to safety under fire.
Matches encompass six distinct gameplay modes, including a 50v50 sector control Warfare mode and an attacker versus defender Offensive mode.

Release information
Digital releases launched in Standard and Deluxe Editions.
