Set in early 1900s Sicily, this narrative action-adventure follows Enzo Favara, a former sulfur mine laborer who escapes a childhood of forced labor to seek a life within the Torrisi crime family. As Enzo attempts to prove his worth as a man of honor, he becomes embroiled in violent turf wars between rival syndicates while navigating the internal dynamics of Don Bernardo Torrisi, his daughter Isabella, underboss Luca, and consigliere Tino.
Emphasizing a linear, cinematic structure, gameplay mixes close-quarters knife duels and stealth ambushes with period-authentic firearms such as sawed-off lupara shotguns, handguns, and rifles. Players explore varied Sicilian environments ranging from underground crypts and crumbling ruins to vineyards and opera houses, traveling across the countryside on foot, on horseback, or in turn-of-the-century automobiles.
